The Beast's Redemption Thursday

THE BEAST'S REDEMPTION is inspired by The Beauty and the Beast story. I had a lot of fun taking key elements from the original fairy tale and the more famous adaptations and sprinkling them throughout my own modern retelling of the story. The rose as a flower appears a single time, but the rose as a symbol appears several times.

The Beast's Redemption by Angie Derek. A paranormal romance novella about a shape shifter and a witch who must trust in each other to break a hundred year old curse.

Cursed shape shifter, Alexander LĂ©andre, is resigned to his fate, but that doesn’t stop him from hunting down the descendants of the sorceress who bewitched him in the hopes of obtaining a cure.

Belle Beaumont is used to men never looking past her curvy figure and pretty face. She dutifully agrees to befriend Alexander in order to protect her father’s herbal company.

A single touch changes all. Passions flare. When Belle discovers what Alexander is truly after and why, will she accept him for what he is? And will her love and family knowledge be enough to break a hundred-year-old curse?

Available in multiple ebook formats from The Wild Rose Press, Amazon, All Romance eBooks, Barnes and Noble, BookStrand.com, Fictionwise eBooks, iTunes, Sony.

Reviews:

"This was an interesting shifter story in that it doesn't really focus on shifting. It's more about the people involved and the nature of curses. Alex and Belle are very likeable characters and their sexual attraction is sizzling. Belle is so much more than just her physical appearance. Her courage and loyalty are what attract Alex. The plot moves along at a nice pace and there are a few interesting surprises. The sex is very hot but its Belle and Alex's connection that drives the story." - Emma of Night Owl Reviews

"The Beast's Redemption is a wonderful story of love conquering all. The writing grabbed my attention right away along with the family dynamics and strange requests. The characters are strong and well developed for a shorter story. The Beast's Redemption has a lot of passion and heart as Belle and Alexander try to figure out what is going on with each other as well as situations surrounding them. The Beast's Redemption is a must read for anyone who likes shifters and witches and the trials and tribulations that accompany them. There is a lot of passion, conflict, and soul searching within The Beast's Redemption that makes it a compelling story to read." - Sizzling Hot Books
