Visions of Fire and Ice (A Petiri Book) by Teresa D’ Amario Interview with Teresa: What was the spark or initial idea that started your book? Probably the initial spark dates back when I was 8 years old, and I inherited a necklace from my great grandmother. It was a fake egyptian medallion. It sparked an interest that has continued to this day. Enough so that in the military I even volunteered to go to Egypt, and it is always in my head. What was your favorite part of writing this book? Probably the belly dance scene. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I actually gave a belly dance party at the Authors After Dark Conference. What is your favorite line from your book? "Dance for me" What movie or television show would you say is most like your book in tone, topic, and/or characters? The closest would probably be Stargate with a hint of The Mummy, but it also has the family magic, Like the Drake Sisters. If your book was made into a movie and yo...
